 MCA(Master of Computer Application) & PGDCA
Master of Computer(MCA) is a two years(four semesters)programs.However, a PGDCA(Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application) course of two semester(one year) is designed for the candidates who are not from an IT field.After the completion of pre MCA course, candidates are eligible to enroll for MCA program.The candidates who have done bachelor degree in IT related field are eligible to enroll directly to MCA program.The MCA program is an important source of human resource for the software industry in Nepal and abroad.

Apart from the regular lectures & laboratory classes,MCA program conducting at PUSET has a strong focus on building software project development skills in students.Here,every student will have to develop a real life project in all of their programming subject.In each theoretical subject students will be given case studies.Accomplishing these goals lie at the very core of the MCA program.Another unique feature of MCA program,here,is that the students of MCA program will be given hands-on practical training in selected areas,which are highly demanded.

Eligibility For BE(Electronics & Communication Engineering)
Candidates for PGDCA must have secured second division in Bachelor degree in any discipline with at least one paper as Mathematics 
Candidates for MCA program must have a bachelor degree in IT field with a minimum CGPA of 2.5.
